U Haul shifted my pickup location across town without consulting me first. The new location did not have the furniture dolly or 24 furniture pads that i reserved. This location was also inconvenient and a much longer drive from where i had originally reserved the equipment.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe owner of the uhaul branch was not present at the gas station when I rented the truck and trailer. His employee had to call him on the phone, and he completed my rental over the phone. Nobody came outside to assist in hooking up the trailer. The truck was out of alignment, and was not cleaned thoroughly.
Robert WThere is a language barrier at this location that is fairly frustrating. The employee handed me a phone and I had to talk to an English speaker to make the reservation. That seemed a little odd to me so I made a reservation online in front of the employee. After that it went very smoothly. I saw an older gentleman struggle through the same process after me.
Daniel SThey were very easy to deal with & they're open late. The men I rented from weren't super fluent in English but they made an effort & were nice. The women I returned it to were very helpful helping me get the trailer unhooked & where it needed to go.
Heather MDO NOT use this One Stop Shop in Athens AL drop off location. They didn't check in my rental trailer for a week after I dropped it off. I had uhaul contacting me asking where the trailer was. I went to to the location and took pictures of the trailer at the location, spoke to the clerk and had uhaul on the phone to speak to him. It still didn't get checked in for 4 more days. DO NOT use this location because of the language barrier.
