DO NOT use this One Stop Shop in Athens AL drop off location. They didn't check in my rental trailer for a week after I dropped it off. I had uhaul contacting me asking where the trailer was. I went to to the location and took pictures of the trailer at the location, spoke to the clerk and had uhaul on the phone to speak to him. It still didn't get checked in for 4 more days. DO NOT use this location because of the language barrier.

Vehicle had several pieces of trash under seat, had exhaust leak that increased cabin noise ten fold, and no cruise control. We initially had a ten ft truck reserved but were redirected to a different location and a 15 ft truck. I passed many 10 ft trucks on the way to the pickup point.

Mitchell RI requested.I pick up a store close my house that was five minutes and had 2 trucks available.... How do I know they were available?Because I passed by that store.Several times a day and they have not moved from that spot since at least friday of this past week.... So instead, you all sent me to pick up a truck 40 minutes. away instead.You sent me forty minutes away.When there was multiple sites that was closer that had the same size truck, I needed.... MULTIPLE SITES WITHIN FIFTEEN MINUTES OF MY HOME
