The app was difficult to use and the front desk attendant at the storage unit was much more helpful. I honestly would prefer to work with the attendant over the self use app any day. Needs a lot more work and updating. Including the customer service

When I came back to return the truck, there was a sign that said the attendant was on location. I literally waited outside for 30 minutes, calling the phone number and honking the horn. The guy finally came out and said he was on lunch and wasn’t going to be done for 10 more minutes. I didn’t want to just drop my keys in the return box because I wanted to know what my bill was.Seemed very unprofessional! Would never use this location again because of it.

It’s easy to reserve pick up the keys from the lock box upload pictures and go… easy peasy

Parking for the initial pickup was bad. It was parked behind another truck, so I had to backup off a curb in order to leave the location. Not sure the timing or allocation of the truck, but it set me up for unsafe driving and potential damage.

The guy who helped me was very rude from when I first got there to my aunt going in and dropping off the keys. Would never go back to this location EVER! he has very poor customer service. Not nice or helpful at all. I’d rate this one a -11 out of 10. Never had an experience like this at U-Haul.

Window was filthy dirty .The side mirror was broken . No one came out to go over how tye mirrors for side view worked until I called office.. Then when returning Uhaul they were trying to get me to leave without my printed receipt. They were like oh do you want it emailed , Grrrr no I want want it printed.

Customer service here at U-Haul on Barranca and arrow Highway is excellent. I would recommend anyone they are ready to move to come here at this particular location to get the U-Haul truck and any other accessories I need and also the young lady at the front desk, very respectful and professional😊

Less than a 1/4 of a tank of gas. Never seen a rental with less than at least half. I did not plan for my first trip with the u haul to be the gas station.

well, having a phone issue and not being able to walk in to rent a truck, or return it makes using your company a no for me in the future. The customer doing all the work isn't very effective when the process of looking up the info isnt working. I'll use a different company from this point on while moving our home

The website is terrible and misleading. Drop off location was listed as optional yet it is vital in determining your rate and is an absolute necessity to fill out. Caused me to have to drive back to my pickup location. Terrible! Not the fault of the location but 100% the fault of u haul. On top of that, their customer service staff totally lied saying the vehicle belonged to the location, which the staff member from the site said was not true. Get your act together u haul! I'm not using your service again for sure! I'll be sure to warn everyone I know about your terrible business practices and customer services too!
