ROXANA LWindow was filthy dirty .The side mirror was broken . No one came out to go over how tye mirrors for side view worked until I called office.. Then when returning Uhaul they were trying to get me to leave without my printed receipt. They were like oh do you want it emailed , Grrrr no I want want it printed.

Harry BLess than a 1/4 of a tank of gas. Never seen a rental with less than at least half. I did not plan for my first trip with the u haul to be the gas station.

James Awell, having a phone issue and not being able to walk in to rent a truck, or return it makes using your company a no for me in the future. The customer doing all the work isn't very effective when the process of looking up the info isnt working. I'll use a different company from this point on while moving our home
Patrick BThe website is terrible and misleading. Drop off location was listed as optional yet it is vital in determining your rate and is an absolute necessity to fill out. Caused me to have to drive back to my pickup location. Terrible! Not the fault of the location but 100% the fault of u haul. On top of that, their customer service staff totally lied saying the vehicle belonged to the location, which the staff member from the site said was not true. Get your act together u haul! I'm not using your service again for sure! I'll be sure to warn everyone I know about your terrible business practices and customer services too!

caleb bThis place was very welcoming, and the workers were professional. The experience went south with the truck. I left with around 3/4 tank of gas from this location from West Covina; the tank was still at the same level when I left from Covina to Denver. I started driving at 2100 Hrs and got to Victorville within a couple of hours at around 2300 hrs. From there I decided to fuel up and rest; the tank was 1/2 full. As I began to fuel up, I noticed that the gas was leaking out under the truck at about eleven gallons in (I started the pump and walked to the truck cab to speak with my kid). At any rate, I had to park at an empty lot and call for roadside assistance. I learned that the gas line had been cut. I ended up having to pull half of the load out to allow the technician to drop the guard plates to fix the gas line. This set me back a good five hours.

Cynthia MI contacted this location at 2:30 in the afternoon and was able to get a storage unit rent the truck and pack the unit by 7 pm. Fantastic!!!
Leanne JFirst, the reps (I talked to two) on the phone were very polite and knowledgeable when I made and changed my reservation. Second, the rep at the desk was very clean, polite and pleasant. The pick up office was also very clean. Keeps up the good work!

Bob TShocked and disappointed by the lack of professional service. The gentleman helping from the desk just had issue after issue after issue. Internet down, said we didn’t have a reservation, had to call in to find reservation, took forever even though we did a the online fast checkout to make sure and have all of our info in the system to expedite the process. He had a significant lack of customer service. Upon dropping off the truck he overcharged for the dolly and blankets. Check your bill! Then had to call to find out how to reverse it. In the end he was able to fix the charges while we sat there and waited. Overall I will never come back to this place but I’m sure other people will be fine coming here. I will stick with original Uhaul stores not authorized dealers. On another note, the guy that actually pulled up the truck and helped us out was fantastic. I would come back here just for that guy.
Josiah GThe customer service sucked; the did not make me feel welcomed. There was no enthusiasm exhibited or a willingness to ensure that I was satisfied. The person at the desk should be more personable and egar to see someone walk through the door. They should not assume that a person fully understands the ins and outs of renting a vehicle. The contract was presented in such a manner that key points were rushed over. The payment process was not explained at all. It was a process of initial here, sign here. No one inspected the truck with me. When I asked if they were going to walk around with me, I was told “no, you have nothing to worry about, you got the insurance, everything is marked down”. I felt dismissed and unimportant after spending over $600.
Venecia BThe facility was nice however we got a huge run around. Whe. We arrived at one location we were told to go to another location. We had previously updated our address however when we got to thour location the address was not updated I-hauls left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Your company has horrible commmication The whole experience was exhausting Yes you facility is nice but everything Elise is horrible
