Wissa GThe app was difficult to use and the front desk attendant at the storage unit was much more helpful. I honestly would prefer to work with the attendant over the self use app any day. Needs a lot more work and updating. Including the customer service
David CWhen I came back to return the truck, there was a sign that said the attendant was on location. I literally waited outside for 30 minutes, calling the phone number and honking the horn. The guy finally came out and said he was on lunch and wasn’t going to be done for 10 more minutes. I didn’t want to just drop my keys in the return box because I wanted to know what my bill was.Seemed very unprofessional! Would never use this location again because of it.
