Wasn't much room to park trailer. Was there on time at 8am. But uhaul guy was late came at 830

NIALL SDrop off was a problem, the agent was not there during posted business hours and the lot was difficult to park the trailer in because the lot was crowded with other units that had be dropped off and parked
LUKAS RI cannot really rate this location as they were closed and I was supposed to do a self check in. however I was having trouble with the app and the owner called me and said he would check the truck in for me which was very helpful.

William ANo Uhaul signage or Uhaul equipment at location. Even though the business was closed someone was there to let me know I was at the right location.
ROBERT EI was not able to get my reserved U-Haul at the correct time because apparently U-Haul didn't inform the location that I had a reserved time for pick-up. This cost me over an hour and 15 minutes of valuable moving time. Great Location and Owner, just a crappy system for a benefit that your patrons depend on for proper planning, labor costs for moving help, and moving time (daylight hours).
Shawn STried doing everything on app, did not work. Had to wait 30 minutes for man who ran the place to come and give us keys.
Jett SWhen we arrive the worker wasn't at the location so we had to wait. Anyway, he helped a lot and provide all the assistance we needed.

Charles SThe location is fine. Good service. The on-line system bites. My original reservation was location changed by uhaul and cost considerable mileage, time and money beyond expected. That is on the company. Not the location. Very unhappy this time.

Tracy BThe person there was rude , offered no help or direction while he stood there talking to his friends. I have a bad back and had to lift the trailer off the hitch by myself - all while this guy stood there talking to his friends as all of them watched. Unreal. Very disappointed.
Paul CAssure reasonably maintained equipment feel safe in using. Car hauler was literally falling apart, extensively damaged, and broken. Personally administered repairs prior to using. Owner of location, Scott, a good guy.

james bMiddle of the day and no one was there. Uhaul app kept crashing during the return process. Website works better. Middle of the day and no one was available at drop off location. I was at least able to drop off ok.
Adam LI was quoted $39.99 by the person I reserved it from and also from High Rock when comparing prices. When I reserved it was still quoted at 39.99. When I picked it of he called someone because his internet was not responding and was told the price was $49.99. It should have been made more clear when it was reserved. That’s my complaint.
janet mNo office and property was very slippery. I slipped and fell in the mud.
Roger MI ordered an appliance dolly with the trailer and this location did not have what I ordered and no other uhaul location in the area did either. I did online check in and it still took over 45 minutes to get this trailer. Uhaul is to blame for the bad service, if you don't have an item available you shouldnt let customer reserve and pay for them.
