The actual drop off location was a little confusing because there were a lot of trailers sitting around and it wasn’t clear where to park. Other than that, everything went fine. I had to answer no to the question “were the personnel helpful“ because it was an unattended location, and your system required me to answer something. There were no issues, there were just no people.

Very hard to complete pick up and the office was not open at 3pm in the afternoon on Thursday also had to find someone to help me with the lock on the key box because it was sticking closed
