I had a great experience with this U-Haul dealer. A huge thank you to John and Albert for all their help! I booked the truck on July 1st and Albert did not mind to come in to work to help me. They were both friendly, professional, and made the whole rental process quick and stress-free. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was ready to go. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend this location!!!

KI SMy experience at this U-Haul location was disappointing. The office was poorly maintained, and the customer service was below expectations. Additionally, the dolly I had requested was not available at pickup, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and delayed my move. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations.
