We were not required to do an online picture walk through. I was not given what the gas tank was at our the mileage was before hand, I took a picture of the gas and mileage before I left. When I got back they had listed the gas a ¼ more than what it actually was the store owner honoured it. The lock for the back was rusted and I needed to oil it to be able to use it. There was a belt squealing I took video and gave to the store owner. The back of the truck was dirty and had cinnamon chewing gum all over the back. The store owner was nice but possibly needs some training on uhaul and what paperwork he is required to provide and that because he took pictures and everything is fine when I asked about the online pictures. We are a non profit National Service Dogs and we rent uhauls at least 4-6 times a year. I do know the requirements. Thank you.

You could have the dolly I ordered, and the person doing the pick up transaction could be better trained. It took an hour and he at one point told me that my name on my license didn't match the name I rented the truck under. It does but on a licence the last name is written first but on the uhaul computer the first name appears first. He was confused by my last name being listed on my license first then my first name followed by a comma and then my middle name. He thought my first name was name,name. I think he has never done this before because my licence is standard. Everyone's licence says last name then their first name, middle name. That is how they all look, so his inexperience had me standing there waiting for an hour. He was the only one working and 2 times during this interaction other customers showed up to buy alcohol at the convenience store and he had to serve them in the middle of serving me. This situation would need someone who was well trained to be doing it to go well. I would not rent from this location again.
