Not come and pick up the truck with my stuff on it when I’ve paid the night before for one for two call me back as requested in for three don’t put that this has been resolved when nobody has spoken to me and the one person that did speak to me from U-Haul promised me she would refund all this money that my bank is holding onto out of your request and it’s still pending so I assume it’s pending. It may even just be that she’s a liar along with the rest of the pack. I’m very upset because I’m very priceless box of my belonging was broken in haste when it didn’t have to be has involved, but your manager, Mr. Ryan somebody at many parts in half didn’t know what he was talking about came out. Had to take the key away from us didn’t give it back because he was wrong and wouldn’t listen and the fact that he’s still employed infuriates me because a box of my priceless family artifacts were broken and out of four generations of people nobody’s ever broken a single piece of this China, but my husband had to quickly get all the things off of the truck and he broke a box or instead of box down too hard, and it broke. We were not in the wrong. The guy should never have been at my house collecting the keys, and as I tried to talk to him and explained to him, we just got off the phone with with U-Haul he told me he doesn’t care that he had already rented out the truck. Well, that’s not our problem. We had our things on it and he just left us to unload it. We would’ve had it back and then he said it the truck wasn’t full and that we I mean that the truck was it’s clean and that we didn’t fill it up with gas I have a picture showing timestamp the truck and the gas so this was not only just a bad experience. This was like the worst experience. I hate that I was told and lied to that this would be taken off my bill but the bill has not shown such marking yet… I’m devastated about the China Fox. It was broken again for generations of people have owned this China and nobody’s ever broken a dish because of this asshole now our whole box is broken and it’s four plates I mean three plates and two bowls and they can’t be replaced this China pattern isn’t even produced anymore. I’m so angry with myself or allowing this asshole or U-Haul to be a part of our life. nothing can be done, but don’t worry nobody even try one lady by the name of YRNRA told me she would refund our money but then didn’t so I’m going to stop the charges from my bank. I can’t believe that nobody would call me back in three days. I promise I guess this is just how U-Haul does thisthis morning it is.

The truck was overall clean, however it was an older vehicle that did not seem to be well maintained. The seat belt was questionable, the door did not lock with the key, and the truck seemed to have a really hard time on the interstate. We have rented many different units from U-Haul and from many locations but have never had any actual concerns about the operation of the vehicle ahead of this one. I don't think the location in total was bad it just seems to be the oldest truck they had.

Something in the trailer is causing the rear 2nd axel tire to become flat. I caught two flats within 30 minutes on the same tire

The staff at this pick up location was more helpful and friendly than any other I have experienced. Weren't 4-5 trailers a year and this was by far the best experience.
