When I got to the location, my truck was unlocked, the floor board was covered in dried mud/dirt, and I was missing the appliance dolly that I paid $15 extra dollars for. I have asked U-Haul to reimburse me and I specifically put these notes/my request in the paperwork. If anyone actually reads these, please contact me at the number provided in my paperwork so I'm able to be refunded for the inconvenience. Thank you.

Misunderstood the checkout process before leaving the lot. My bad!
Duane STruck was dirty when picked up. Speedometer was messed up. It said I was driving 70 but people trailing me said they had to drive 85 to keep up. Truck never showed going above 75. Check engine light came on about 30 minutes into the drive so I had to worry about that for all 500ish miles.
