I had a very bad experience at this location this time have been numerous other times prior. They said I damaged their trailer but no damage was done while in my possession. Returned and they were closed overnight. Was over charged for items which I didnt receive.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt took 30 minutes to log into the U-haul app. It kept saying try again later. Then the lock box wouldn't open. I had to wait another 15 minutes to text customer service. The first two locks would not open. these were the lock boxes for correct equipment I ordered. Finally after opening 5 more lock boxes, I found a key. I walked all over the lot looking for what the key would fit. All the trucks were unlocked. I was on the lot for over an hour. This was totally unacceptable. I was very angry. I got a truck but it was a 15 foot instead of a 10 foot, I ordered.
