This is a really run down location in a sketchy part of town. I wouldn't feel comfortable having my wife or daughter go to this location.

I went directly to the facility that I wanted on Alameda. I reserved a truck. At the last minute, while I was out of town, my reservation was switched to another location. This is unacceptable. I will tell all my friends that with Uhaul, they cannot rely on their reservation at the facility of choice.
Renaldo BWhen I was driving to the pick up location, the neighborhood looks like a junkyard. I was having a safety concern. When I got to the office, I have second thought is this really a legit u-haul pick up location. It looks like a temporary set up office in nowhere.
