Be sure to have representatives aware of office hours. I had scheduled a truck for pickup at 8 and had asked the U Haul rep if that was an ok time, since I wanted to complete my pickup in person. She said it was but when I arrived that was not the case! The storage manager was kind enough to rush to the location and he was more than gracious and kind and helped me immensely!
