Only issue I had was finding the space, I recommend like a U-Haul sign close to the street cuz I passed it when I wanted to pick it up and return it

Doesn’t open early enough, the vehicle did not have all equipment ready or available even though they charge you for it. The fact that downloading the U-Haul app is basically mandatory is ludicrous. You make a reservation, no clear instructions are given or a heads up that it’ll take 15 minutes of your time to get in the vehicle. Not worth it whatsoever.

CARLOS OBe honest about the U-Haul sizing, the one that we got said he can move a one bedroom home and a two bedroom apartment, and it could absolutely not move a two bedroom apartment. So now we had to make multiple trips because of the dishonest description of what a U-Haul that side can carry.
Kaitlin GThe driveway off the main road is easy to miss. Additionally, Google Maps directions had me go the wrong way down the one way parking lot, which is a little narrow to make a 3 point turn. Place, equipment, and people are good.
