Website indicated normal hours of operation, but at 11 AM on Wednesday, it was not open, no personnel. I had downloaded app as requested, but it never found reservation, was completely useless. Support from phone number took several transfers, waits, but was eventuality helpful.
JOE WThe contactless pick-up was a bit intimidating to me at first. Each step of the process made sense and I felt comfortable that all was recorded. My only regret is that I took a photo of the fuel gage in the app thinking I could pull it up for reference before returning the u-haul and I was not able to see those photos later.
Kristen BWhere I dropped off the car hauler they are closed Saturday & Sunday per there website. I dropped off it off day early in there lot by other trailers..
DANA LNot much. In order to back up to the trailers you have to back off the street, The site is a bit cramped but easy to find and traffic is not heavy. The operator was on time and helpful in getting me hooked up.

Richard WI had to use this location prior to booking a truck in Madison a few weeks ago but they didn’t have the truck I reserved at that location so I had to go to Oregon .The location was spotty service so hard to check in via cellphone which I had to use due to the location not being open.I was given the wrong size truck .
Alex CWe were given no instructions about where to park, how to return the truck, or if our return was sufficient. We have no idea if it was in the right spot or if we will be charged for after hours drop off as this location was closed for multiple days when we were required to drop the truck off. Extremely disappointed and would never come back to this place.

Doreen rIt is merely a drop location. They need to have chocks available for the trailers someday the site as the area the trailers are parked is on a slight hill. Was is a pleasant experience.

Tammy FNot change the location pickup abruptly. Windshield was full of bugs. Key kiosk was not intuitive for me. Wasted 3 1/2 hours of prime moving time.

DENNIS JI was forced to come to this location after the 602 Washington St in downtown Madison did not prepare my equipment in time for my reservation which was made 4 days prior. I had to pay for $45 worth of uber's late at night at incredibly short notice.

michael kI requested a truck in a city that had 3 uhaul businesses and when the paperwork and payment was completed I was directed to a pickup location 15 minutes away in a different town. Asked and paid for 12 blankets and there were none. Didn’t have the code to get the keys and didn’t know which truck was ours without spending 15 minutes on hold with customer service. No office on site and no response from an email sent at the time. The app was of ZERO help when I had to end up doing everything over the phone with customer service while at the pickup location.
TERRY MHave customers pick up, and drop off, equipment at a store or actual business location. I had to drive out of town, despite calling an actual store that had trucks in a parking lot. They have wheels so you could drive them to a populated and safe area with attendants. Instead both the pick up and drop off points are abandoned buildings. The pick up was by far worse. It was a rusted out barn comparable to a horror movie scene. It was hard to find, cost me more gas on top of what I already had to pay, and your app idn't work. Probably because it was the middle of nowhere and most cell phones don't work in the middle of nowhere. But your rep was very helpful and nice. Thankfully he was able to help us complete picking up the truck. Which, again, if you just had the pick up spot at a store, that would solve that problem. I didnt know this was the process for renting a box truck from you all. I will not be using your company again after how stressful it was. Not to mention that your truck was not very well put together. It's in good shape, and was clean when we got it. But an AC vent fell out that we had to fix. One of the tail lights and a blinker didn't work when we picked it up, worked the next day, went out again. Again, just having a human around in a location where trucks can be serviced would resolve all of the problems we had.
Trent SExcellent customer service, very easy to make the rental, check out and return the vehicle. No problems at all. Truck even had a back up camera installed which was a really nice addition I don’t usually see.
Thomas WThe self-service kiosk was a joke. It took 2 phone calls to 2 different customer service numbers and 45 mins to pick up the truck and jump through all the hoops. Then 30 mins, same issues, to return it. Just ridiculous
Lynn EI selected in person check in and there was no notification or listing that it was a was a pick-up location only because there was no facility to walk into, just trucks in a lot. Had to call location number to find out how to have access to the vehicle. Only then an e-mail was sent at 1203, when pick up time was 1100, instructing how to electronically check in. After downloading the app and checking in, my truck was parked in so I couldn't get it. I had to call and give a real-time troubleshooting to get an available truck not parked in and it was a 17 ft when I asked for the 15. There was a mainenance light on and check fuel cap light on and I had to call to verify if this was fully okay to drive after checking to see if the fuel cap was secure.

Mike BI rented the uhaul for Thursday to Monday. The guy brought it Wednesday night. I didn't tell him to bring it Wednesday but ya charged me an extra day. Was supposed to be Thursday to Monday and I turned it in Monday morning
Danny LOverall I was very happy with the whole experience. I will likely be doing this more often to pick up large items when needed. The only real issues I had was with the App. It's a good concept but it did not work at all. I had to call U-Haul support, luckily everyone I talked with from their support was excellent and did their best to help resolve the issue. The self drop off process was not as clear as I would have prefered in regards to what I should be taking a picture of. Other than that it was great and will definitely use it again in the future when needed. Also very glad to have the pickup/drop-off point so close to home.

Kent SYour app is awful but I called this location and the owner was super helpful with setting me up with a truck. He even met us at the location to be sure everything went smoothly. This was so nice after having shown up at a different location when there was supposed to be someone in the office to nobody being there.
