ALICIA WI had reserved a truck at another location. I was later informed the truck I reserved was not available at that location which is why I ended up in Oregon. It would have been nice to at least be able to return the truck to a closer location. Instead, I end up getting charged more for mileage on a location I didn't request.
Michael TPlease let them know before drop off that they will be charged for gas if it’s not at the same level. I wasn’t aware until I got there and I only used half a tank and was charged an extra 75$. I would let the customer know or remind them before/when they are checking out the trunk not when they return it. But a reminder when you return it is good as well and say that they will be heavily charged. I’m not sure if I’ll use y’all again
