Unmanned location. Have to use the U-Haul app. But guess what? U-Haul app does not work. Doesn't text me a code to log in. I tried many times, changed locations for better cell phone reception, deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing. Finally logged in online using my email account to verify. Took me 45 minutes to gain access to the vehicle. Should have taken only 5 minutes. Very disappointing.
