Just finished the online return with the U-Haul app. Took all the pictures they asked and parked the vehicle. When I went inside and asked where the keys go, he rudely said “where’d you park it?” And told me I wasn’t done that I had to pull it back upfront. Then they gave me attitude when I pulled it back up front. I asked if there was a problem and one of them walked back in and the other got confrontational. Very rude and insecure workers. Need to get them ready to talk to people.

GARY TClerk modified online order, added charges without consent. Gave us a receipt meant for another customer, containing sensitive personal information including partial credit card number. Could not provide info on where or when to drop off trailer, since we had to call and ask because we did not have a receipt. Overall the worst experience I can imagine having while trying to move.

albert mI was promised that uhaul would add miles to the 143 miles in the contract because I had to go at least 20 miles away to pick it up since they did not have it at the location I booked it at. No, I got charged separately. Uhaul lied! That is the reason I would not recommend uhaul and will probably never use uhaul again!
Kim RI initially was going to get a 6 by 12 however after consideration, we thought there would be plenty of room in a 5 by 10, so I called and the agent switched it in the computer. The day before, I received my confirmation call and it was then I was told they quit making them, and there was a 5 by 8 at the dealership. We picked it up, and not only was it super small, it was filthy. I cleaned it out and ended up having to make another trip with a pickup to get the rest since I was supposed to have the trailer back that same day. This was not a good experience at all. I've used U-haul before and although I had issues with the salesman, I was very pleased with the trailer.
