I was accused of not returning the trailer. When I went to the location to address the issue the owner asked where I put the trailer and I pointed to the trailer sitting in the exact spot I picked it up from he said oh I didn't even go look. He also told uhaul prior to this that I never returned it. So in a nut shell I was accused of taking the trailer for 2 days and the owner of the pick up/dropoff location is telling uhaul I never brought it back but didn't bother to check and see if it was brought back. All because he was to lazy to do his job. Would not recommend uhaul all together if this is how they treat their customers. I should also add that I had to take off work to deal with phone calls and to physically go in and hold their hand and show them the trailer so I didn't get charged with theft. Renters beware rent at your own risk or better yet dont rent from them. I lost money beyond the rental fee.

They really should’ve imbued the money for the two days that we did not use

They had a very hard time getting me to rent a small enclosure trailer for the day to move. I didn’t have a Smartphone, but had rented Uhaul truck & car carrier in June from Florida to Maine with my cell phone out of my home town. They said they weren’t trained much. 1hr 45 min. Only customer in the store to get a $20.00 rental. They had to make multiples call to get the paperwork done.

No, they were very and organized, and I had to do the preman by myself.The trailer trailer was on the ground, had lifted from the ground up.Shouldn't have to work this hard and misding order blankets which i really needed and I had to find a store that was open still and get them my self glad they wete still open and had blankets
