My reservation was over an hour late getting me way off schedule. The truck was dirty, with broken glass in the back. The radio did not work, but it didn't matter as we had to ride with our windows down because the A/C did not blow cold. (It was 99 degrees in Texas). Very miserable drive in this type of heat. Overall, very disappointed. U-Haul is better than this.Scott D.

Better system. I had done online check in and still have to check in when I arrived. Spent an extra half hour waiting for that process to be done. I also confirmed drop off at this location for Sunday 10 am, and when I arrived Sunday they were closed. I had to call multiple times just to find out they were closed and then had to open their gate myself, unhitch and drop off the rental by myself and leave it there without anyone able to check it back in.Paul B.
Was parked outside of a closed gate for over an hour. Called the service number multiple times only to go straight to voicemail every single time. Finally a woman came out explaining the reason the gate hadn't been opened was because the other workers must've been partying the night before. If that's the case they need to invest in a drop box for the key and somewhere to leave the vehicle.Saul V.
I had a reservation to pick up my trailer at 1:30. The Uhaul people were working a firework stand and had put a sign in the window to call them. They did not answer so after multiple attempts I had to call the UHaul 800 number. The workers finally showed up but an hour late. even though I had completed the online check in & paid online it took them over 30 minutes to hock up the trailer and complete their part of the. paperwork.Timothy B.
I did everything online so like previous experiences with you haul, I show up and am on my way in a matter of minutes. This location took over an hour and I had to go to a second location because they did not have furniture blankets or a dolly. Starting from the night before until almost noon the day of pickup, no one answered the phone so we got on the road hours later than we wanted to.Richard K.

The office was not clearly marked. They had issues with trying to finish the paperwork took over 45 minutes and I filled out the paperwork on line. They were not able to print me out a paper receipt. The truck was dirty on the inside, it had an earing left on the seat, water bottles under the seats, spilt stuff all over the cup holders/seats/doors, it had a loogie on the windshield and the box part was snot swept out and trash was in there. I had to open the bag of blankets because she said there was 12 but I did not think there was, so I counted them and sure enough there was only 6, she did provide me 6 more.Traci U.
Staff didn't know how to process a uhaul customer. Had to call his mom and uhaul corporate. This location is not indicative of the typical uhaul experience. Waited for over An hour.Ashley D.
