I did not receive my refund for fewer miles traveled from what I can see. Please make sure you walk to the truck and receive a written receipt from the staff. It was raining and I did not want to make him walk outside.

I rented a dolly and a dozen moving blankets which were not in the truck when I came to do mobile pick up and they weren’t going to tell me if I hadn’t noticed. Mileage on truck was 10000 miles off what they said it was to begin withThey did not give me a refund on either item and then when I tried to return the truck the app wouldn’t let me mobile return the truck and the store was closed so I got charged a late fee.

They didn’t put the furniture pads in the truck that I was supposed to have to move and the pick up was scheduled after hours so I couldn’t get them in time for the move. Very disappointed.

Service was great last 2 times. Especially Austin. Very helpful. The last small truck I leased was really dirty. Also, these trucks should have back up cameras. Overall satisfied.

My only feedback is that I know I requested 2 types of dollies in my order, but only got one. Since I did a mobile check in before the store opened I couldn't rectify the issue without really messing up my schedule so I had to make do with just the one dolly. It made my move a lot harder and it even ended up taking longer. When I got back he said that it was probably removed because they didn't have it. I wish they would have called me to let me know so I could've made other arrangements. And I would have appreciated the $50 credit your guarantee promises since my request was unable to be filled. Other than that everything else with the service was great.

Please don’t have storage units available for rent when there isn’t any actually available. It was a day from heck when I arrived in charlotte with movers but no place to store my things. (This was a different uhaul location that I ended up switching drop off to this location)

I waited for three hours before I was able to pick up a trailer due to computer issues. Then the chain for me to connect to my truck for the clothes in trailer did not fit. So they rigged it to my truck, so it was able to work for me which was very unsafe. On my return, there was a pregnant girl, trying to help me unhook my trailer, but was on helpful. There was no man on duty that day, which was very unsafe for the pregnant girl. So as a customer, I unhook the trailer for her and asked for a lift to take it off the hook of my truck

There was no Personnel onsite when the vehicle was dropped off. The keys were placed in the dropbox as instructed by the agent and a picture of the parking spot number was taken as well.

The associate on duty was very disrespectful, she rained “F” bombs on me and told me to “F” myself and threatened to call the cops all because I asked why the price was different from what was quoted and asked of the hand truck that I requested.

Horrible. This distribution center should be burnt to the ground. I arrived at 8 am (the time I indicated in the system) and was unable to access my truck until 9. The information sent did not inform me how to access my key and I was on hold with customer service for 40 minutes until it hung up on me. When I called back, they finally gave me the correct info to access my key. Later that day I was finally given information regarding gas. I decided to put $15 bucks worth of gas in the tank. Later, I saw you all tried to charge me a 30 dollar “gas maintenance fee” and then a 15 dollar “fuel fee.” I appealed this on my initial response. You all are a horrible business that has a chokehold on the moving truck industry and it’s sad that we all have to be slaves to your corruption.

I reserved a pick up. When I got there, they had none. I made some suggestions but was shot down over and over by the rep. He was not willing to make the consumer happy. He kept telling me that there was nothing he can do and that some one should have called me. Customer service sucked.

The first uhaul ive gone to where the truck is at a full tank, the doors are locked and the bed of the truck has an outside lock and key. Hands down the best Uhaul location in the carolinas and the only one I will be using for a lifetime.
