I dropped-off the truck after-hours, but the location was easy to find and well lit, well maintained and the drop-off process was very smooth.

Easy and quick. Truck bed was a bit dirty with leaves, etc. The check in process on the other end was not explained online when I reserved or at Outbox..

I didn’t sign on anything. I only received a receipt through email. One employee wanted to say the truck had been checked in and it clearly wasn’t because everything came back incorrect. Don’t overcharge your customers for miles they did not use and actually check and notate the current miles and fuel level so that everything comes out how it’s supposed to.

did not receive the rental equipment I ordered. 1 Appliance Dolly: $10.00 and 1 Furniture Dolly: $7.00. They told me it was going to be in the truck, drove all the way home to find that it was not there as promised. overall good location and friendly staff. would not suggest mobile pick up.

I selected a different location to drop off the equipment. When I got there, they told me they could not accept it and directed me to another U-Haul location to drop it off. The second location first told me they could not accept it, before they agreed to take it. I expected that when I selected the location to drop off the equipment, I could drop it off there.

This negative review is based on the terrible experience I had at the location on Tryon Rd in Charlotte. My reservation listed that location to pick up the truck and I still have the email to prove it. Upon arrival I was told that not only did they not have the truck I reserved, my pick up location had changed without my knowledge. The service I received at the Tryon Rd location was among the worst of my life. No compassion, no acknowledgement of a mistake, and certainly nothing close to an apology. Thank you U-Haul for an absolutely terrible experience.

We dropped the truck off after hours. The drop off instructions were very confusing. After about 10 minutes of trying to figure it out we just put the keys in the box.

no phone number available to call rental location (800)468-4285 dint have a contact as well that they were allowed to give to customers only internal number rental location have no one to check in trailer during rental hours posted went back multiple times and no one was present.

I had booked a truck with Budget only to find out on the morning of the move that they didn't have s truck for me. One call to uhaul & I got a newish truck & great service. Uhaul has won a loyal and very talkative supporter!

Contract# 236757477 For some reason we were charged an extra day when the contract I signed and which was highlighted by the U-Haul agent states due date/time 6/30/19 10:00 am and we returned equipment 6/29/19 at approx 3:30 pm. I have been unable to get an answer via email or chat so far. Currently on hold to speak to person.

I wasn't aware we could leave rented equipment in the trailer, so I have to go back to return the equipment today. The dropoff procedures on U-Haul's site should mention this.

Nice counter lady. Truck was in horrible alignment and hard to drive, I couldn't correct the veering without feeling like it would flip. I would really question the gas mileage efficiency also and would like a discount on the rental, especially considering the drop off location comments.

Dennis was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. We were not scheduled to drop our trailer at this location but when we went to the original spot they said they were full and we would have to go somewhere else. We went to Outbox Storage and are very pleased we did. Dennis not only took the trailer but we had an issue with a dolly and he worked hard to get it solved for us. He was the best! If given the chance you should rent and store at this location.

Window wipers were terrible; needed new wiper blades. Windows were dirty, both inside and out. The truck cabin had a foul odor. I had to go out and buy air fresheners to cover the bad smell. This location does not seem to service U-Haul trucks; they appeared to be strictly and pick-up/drop-off location.
