The truck door broke halfway closed so we had to sit with the truck door halfway open for 4 hours before it got ‘fixed’ and then we finished moving in the pouring rain. The fix was cutting the cables and I had a 24 local rental so it was miserable

The location was wonderful but I think uhaul's prices in general are rough. Charging per mile takes a huge toll on pricing and adds up fast

Better communication. I wish that I could at least get back a part of my money. I was sent to one place that was open but no one was there. Computers on, the sign said "closed" "Back at 4pm." My appointment was for 2:15pm. It was just a mess!

engine light on, truck had mud all over the floor. we had to pressure wash the truck out before we could load . office was closed early on the monday we returned the truck. not a good experience! failed to meet the the very minimum of expectons. to the point where I expect a refund for having to clean out the truck before I was able to use it.

The man that received the truck was very kind and helpful. He responded quickly and asked about my experience. He actually told me I put too much gas in it when I brought back. Would recommend this location!

Nothing that we requested was in the truck. There was no furniture pads, no dolly, and no hand truck. We received a text at 5 pm the night before saying the dolly wasn’t available, but nothing about the other equipment and it was too late at that point to get to another site to rent a dolly.

Got the truck with only a half a tank of gas. Was charged for a fill up for $52. of gas when we returned the truck.Talked with 3 different people to get this charge removed. Just called customer service again a the charge is still there. A photo of was also summited. I think it’s sad when customer service can’t even help us out Just dropped the keys in a drop box-all personal were busy.

When picking up our 15’ truck we were told it was a “recovered” vehicle and we would need to fill it with gas because it had little to none. He explained what recovered meant. That was the most absurd thing I had heard. Why should that be our responsibility? They knew the truck needed gas, they should have gassed it up.

I did not receive my refund for fewer miles traveled from what I can see. Please make sure you walk to the truck and receive a written receipt from the staff. It was raining and I did not want to make him walk outside.

I rented a dolly and a dozen moving blankets which were not in the truck when I came to do mobile pick up and they weren’t going to tell me if I hadn’t noticed. Mileage on truck was 10000 miles off what they said it was to begin withThey did not give me a refund on either item and then when I tried to return the truck the app wouldn’t let me mobile return the truck and the store was closed so I got charged a late fee.

They didn’t put the furniture pads in the truck that I was supposed to have to move and the pick up was scheduled after hours so I couldn’t get them in time for the move. Very disappointed.
