First U-Haul I picked up had all of the remnants of items that showed that someone was living in there and it smelled beyond terrible. While they quickly connected, the Second U-Haul was also disgusting with dirt in the cabin everywhere and the floor was almost black there was so much filth in the car, it wasn’t cleaned at all

Never got a new invoice. I paid $156 dollars for 100 miles. I only used 7 miles. I still on 4/10/2026 have not heard anything about a refund, credit, monies placed back on my card or anything. Have been checking emails. Never got an email on returns since I returned it on a holiday. I called the 1800 # and it showed me still having the truck almost 13 hours later. She supposedly put in the system the truck was returned on time, which it was !!!. I have NOT heard anything back.
DAVIN PNever was told a code. Started moving into uhaul when the lock has a code no where to be found on my email or recipet. I had to drive all the way back to the location, just for the guy to say I forgot to tell you it was on the keys. Waste of miles! He was the only person there and didn’t seek busy, I tried to call 10 times.
