The dashboard was very dirty and there was popcorn under and behind the seats.
Donald ODirty Uhaul. Gas was so low anyone who had to drive more than 5 minutes would’ve been getting gas right away. Also, I was charged for a cleaning fee for a dirty uhaul and nothing wrong with where I left it compared to how I got it.
JOSEPH MI ordered and paid for 6 furniture blankets, but none were present in my vehicle when I picked it up. This is something that should be improved upon, as it resulted in one of my items getting scratched. Someone with more items to load that I had might have a difficult time if they are not provided with the appropriate, preordered equipment.
Rachel RWhen I arrived at 10am there were three customers waiting outside patiently for someone to open the door. We knocked, banged and called for 30 minutes and no one came(although the store was open at 9am). I cancelled my appointment and was leaving like one of the customers had already done, when the employee appeared with some people he obviously knew. The employee proceeded to entertain these guests while assisting the impatient customers that had been waiting. These guests had no contracts nor seemed to want one, just hanging around and chatting away. Then the employee would not honor my initial contract offer and stated that I would be better served with the contract he prepared, which was more financially! I’m not doing service with U-Haul ever again. This was unacceptable and unprofessional behavior the entire experience and transaction. I lost time and money, never again.
