How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy contact at this Uhaul locayoon was Nigel. He was an excellent agent and went above and beyond to help with my transport, in 108 degree weather! I really appreciated how knowlegeable and helpful he was. Thanks Nigel!
GREGORY GMake sure the cargo area of the vehicle is swept clean.
WILLIAM PNoted for the after hours 6 PM pickup on Friday 8/28. When I got to the location, the app would not allow me to pick up the vehicle, it said I had to call customer support. After being on the phone with customer support I was informed I could not pick up the vehicle and had to come back at 9 AM to pick up the truck.
Luke FGood customer service, self checkout was hard to figure out without having U-Haul app
