Did not have a 15' truck that I reserved. Nice to be upgraded to 20'. Also an inconvenience to receive a truck that was completely Empty on gas.
WILLIAM KAustin and Dennis were tremendous. Their service was impeccable. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to use UHaul!
FRANCIS BMake sure the trucks are not leaking. My boxes and couch got wet since we drove in a rainy day.
NICOLAS LAssociate repeated "Three quarters of a tank" to me multiple times before leaving. I returned it with slightly MORE than three quarters of a tank. No one was there to check it in, at 130pm on a Tuesday. I got charged a fuel fee, and the associate I spoke to suddenly started saying Seven Eighths of a tank, as if I hadn't been told three quarters. Feels like a scam and a ripoff. If I had been TOLD seven eighths, I would have returned it with seven eighths!

SAMI MI specifically chose this drop off location because they were scheduled to be open when I planned to drop off the vehicle. After I was already on the road, I was informed via text that I would have to do a "24/7" drop off. This was a significant inconvenience due to my need to catch a flight. Most annoying was having to take nearly a dozen photos of the vehicle while standing in the rain. It was even more annoying because I'd paid for "Safemove Plus" coverage so I wouldn't have owed anything even IF there had been damage.

JUSTIN UDropped off just after the office closed. Don't know how the people are, but the facility was nice and it was easy to drop off the truck and the trailer.

FLORENCE CThe first 15’ truck I had reserved had a homeless man sleeping in it. It startled me and the inside of the truck was dirty and smelly. The employee working at the time did however provide me with another truck to use.
Max BThe truck kept stopping on its on when I tried to press the gas after braking the truck wouldn’t pick up speed ! I tried calling about my refund form my extended days and nobody at Clanton rd location couldn’t help me I called all Day Saturday !
Porchia CI had an issue with water getting inside the trailer and the bottom of boxes got wet. Need to improve the seals on the trailer.
WAYNE WWas not given a lock for the uhaul, but luckily I had one. The past uhauls I’ve had supplied locks but not this time.

KEVIN SREALLY unhappy that I didn't find out from UHaul until the time I arrived to pick up the truck that it needed me to give them someone's name to call to verify I am who I say I am. SUCH baloney that I wasn't warned, when I just moved to North Carolina from Arizona, and almost everyone I know was still asleep at 6:00 MST. I know two people in North Carolina. Fortunately I reached one of them. This will change, in the future, my using UHaul as my default truck rental.
Deborah BOverall the rental was good however when we encountered rain the right hand side windshield wiper broke and could not be used nor fixed. We therefore only had one wiper work while we drove more than 4 hours through the rain.
AMHLAOIBH LThe worker that was there today was really rude use inappropriate language towards me and said he won’t get fired because i said I’m reporting him and he said f*** the customers. Never had no problems before when i came here until i met him because i got change a fee i never been charged before and they didn’t tell me to check in on my phone when i dropped it off and got charged a 20 fee and that’s all i was asking him about.
CIERA PTruck had 150,000 miles, was bashed up all over not clean inside low on power and I got charged $20 for bringing it back two hours early. An after hours fee? Penske next time!

Kevin WThe truck door broke halfway closed so we had to sit with the truck door halfway open for 4 hours before it got ‘fixed’ and then we finished moving in the pouring rain. The fix was cutting the cables and I had a 24 local rental so it was miserable

ANTONIO CThe location was wonderful but I think uhaul's prices in general are rough. Charging per mile takes a huge toll on pricing and adds up fast
ALYSSA HBetter communication. I wish that I could at least get back a part of my money. I was sent to one place that was open but no one was there. Computers on, the sign said "closed" "Back at 4pm." My appointment was for 2:15pm. It was just a mess!
NAOMI Bengine light on, truck had mud all over the floor. we had to pressure wash the truck out before we could load . office was closed early on the monday we returned the truck. not a good experience! failed to meet the the very minimum of expectons. to the point where I expect a refund for having to clean out the truck before I was able to use it.

MEREDITH RNothing that we requested was in the truck. There was no furniture pads, no dolly, and no hand truck. We received a text at 5 pm the night before saying the dolly wasn’t available, but nothing about the other equipment and it was too late at that point to get to another site to rent a dolly.

HAOYANG LGot the truck with only a half a tank of gas. Was charged for a fill up for $52. of gas when we returned the truck.Talked with 3 different people to get this charge removed. Just called customer service again a the charge is still there. A photo of was also summited. I think it’s sad when customer service can’t even help us out Just dropped the keys in a drop box-all personal were busy.
