While the Outpost and the team there were fantastic, I was very disappointed in the last minute notification for the change in my pick up location. The location is over an hour away and was not conducive to my location. I also had to take time away from work to pick up the truck that I was not intending to take. Uhaul might want to look at their transport policy and consider moving trucks from location to another location so that customer's are not put out at the last minute.

Matthew GI have had many great experiences at this store, buying my pet food and other livestock needs. It is a clean and organized place with a very warm and welcoming staff. They were closed when I dropped of my rental truck and had plenty of space for me to park it without any issues and had a drop box available to leave the key securely.

jesse pThe location and the people there were top notch. Once again, U-Haul was unable to get me the truck I wanted where I wanted it. Your system is flawed when it comes it getting the truck I wanted and needed. If you are going to force me to drive 30 miles to get the truck I need, rather than making sure it is available at the location closest to me, I should not have to pay the mileage to and from that far away location. For all I know you are just doing this to make extra money, rather that not being able to give me the truck I need where I need it.

Daniel BThe location and the service was excellent. Wonderful people at this location. At a corporate level, the way you manage reservations is lacking. I needed a 26ft truck and the best you could do was a 20 ft truck. This ended up costing me extra money for the movers I hired, as I had to make 2 round trips instead of the one I could have done had I had the truck I wanted. I started inquiring about this truck several weeks beforehand, yet you were unable to meet my needs. Disappointing to say the least.

Bruce assured me that if the trailer was not available by the time my reservation was ready, he would upgrade me at no extra charge, which he did. They were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.
