Rented a trailer for 10 days. Paid the extra 6 days fee up front but turned the trailer in after 8 days. Was not advised that I could not get a refund for the extra 2 days that I paid but did not use. Should have paid after the fact. This is "U-Haul policy" that I was not advised of. Trailer also had a thin film of oil on the floor that got on some of my things.

Older truck for such a long drive. Headlights were not very bright. Water leaked into overhead storage and several boxes were soaked. Personnel were good vehicle very unsafe.

It all worked out in the end but when we arrived, the closed trailer that I had reserved was not on site. Outpost said it was rented three days earlier for an out-of-state move. I did not cancel this reservation until 24 hours before the rental due to truck problems. If I had not had truck issues, I would have expected the closed trailer to be there and it wouldn't have been. As it turned out, we were able to move everything between the other truck and the open 6' x 12' trailer. We were amazed out how well the trailer rode with all of the cargo and the move and trailer return worked out just fine. We will use them again.

Excellent customer service in Florissant the gentleman said a lot of U-Hauls are returned and U-Haul and doesn’t give him a heads maybe in the future you could work on that, he did a great job

I dropped off the truck after hours, but there was plenty of room to park and the key drop was in an obvious location and easy to find. I put my key and my contract in the box. I did forget to call the number on the drop box, and it has been 2 days now. I will call tomorrow. I hope that won't be a problem. Thank you for the ease of dropping off the vehicle.
