The location and the people there were top notch. Once again, U-Haul was unable to get me the truck I wanted where I wanted it. Your system is flawed when it comes it getting the truck I wanted and needed. If you are going to force me to drive 30 miles to get the truck I need, rather than making sure it is available at the location closest to me, I should not have to pay the mileage to and from that far away location. For all I know you are just doing this to make extra money, rather that not being able to give me the truck I need where I need it.

Daniel BThe location and the service was excellent. Wonderful people at this location. At a corporate level, the way you manage reservations is lacking. I needed a 26ft truck and the best you could do was a 20 ft truck. This ended up costing me extra money for the movers I hired, as I had to make 2 round trips instead of the one I could have done had I had the truck I wanted. I started inquiring about this truck several weeks beforehand, yet you were unable to meet my needs. Disappointing to say the least.
