Uhaul web check-in process is so poorly designed. Even after completing the check in, I was advised a uHaul agent would have to "verify" my rental. What the heck??? I had to go, so I took the truck and left. Seems Uhaul opted to consider the truck "stolen" at that point since my check-in was never considered complete despite receiving no phone call to explain this. I rent vehicles all the time...it's unbelievable how bad the check-in experience is with Uhaul considering this is a major part of your business.
