The gentleman we worked with from Fairbury was extremely helpful on getting us a trailer to use because the trucks were sold out. Very helpful with answering my questions promptly and seemed to understand the stress I was going through to get this reserved. I would absolutely recommend the Uhaul rental place in Fairbury. We had to drive 20 miles round trip to get it but it was well worth it. No stress, he helped us hook it up had everything we needed.

Nancy HEveryone from the customer service on the phone to the service at the counter was exemplary. I cannot recall the name of either agent but they both deserve accolades for a job done beyond well. They both took a difficult move and made it easier through their diligence and friendliness. 11/10. Would recommend any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

cheryl hBoth tires on the dolly were bad which caused us to sit on the side of the interstate for two hours during our six 1/2 hour drive, waiting for a service truck as one of the tires blew out.
