I drove 80Km but the oddo meter says 97km. So they charged for that. And they charged extra 30 for coverage which I don't even add. Also I refill the gas whatever I used but they charged another 35 for that. And it supposed to be less than 100. But they send me invoices for 190. I had the truck booked for 1pm and had to wait for the owner to show up to give me the keys which since he wasn't even at the storeâ€¦ set my entire schedule back 30-40min. If you know a reservation is made for a specific time, why would you not be there for your customer. Your lady at the counter initially was rude and told me I had to pay upfront when I booked online via my credit card. Totally unprofessional. I checked in online and still got an unbelievable hassle just to get the keys. Be more professional, when people are on a schedule they can't afford to have this kind of nonsense happen.Jason T.

First off, I was told $29.95/day + 0.89/km mileage and then I see there's a $149.95 rental charge? Second, I sat there for 15 minutes before finally being acknowledged. Garbage in car. No blankets in the bag that clearly says protective bags for people. Finally, the worst and most dangerous of all. The windshield wiper was broken so as I was coming back to Toronto on the wet, snowy, and dirty roads I could barely see out the windshield endangering my life. Absolutely awful experience.JESSE B.
Good people but apparently there's only one person responsible for Uhaul at this location. In my case this caused some delay, because the person was not at the store when I went to pick up my van, but the other employees called him and eventually he arranged everything remotely.William D.

More staffing on off days, and training on customer service. My truck that was assigned to me was damaged beyond drivable. I had to meet a deadline within the hour and call for a new truck.. the call took over an hour to get a hold of someone. That someone was not understanding and giving attitude the whole time. I have pictures of the damaged vehicle and I was late for my move. Caused a very hectic and stressful morning. Not going to use U haul for my next move in OctoberJason C.

I Booked appointment for 10.30 am on jul 30 for moving from my apartment where I booked lift from 12pm - 2pm. I reached on time, But because of some system error i got after 11.30 am after endless tries bu the staff. Due to which I reached late and wasn't able to move out on time. Which costed me my security deposit of $300. On top of this the rental i got had close to 95k miles on it and the whole truck was shaking and making noises on the way. I had my pregnant wife w me and had highway to cover to new place. It was the most scared ride of all time. I lost my $300 because of uhaul mistake and got the damaged rental.ROHITT S.
It would be unfair to rate this location as we were redirected to the location after our initial reservation location failed to leave the key in the lockbox for our early morning 'guaranteed' reservation. We were on hold for 30 minutes waiting for an option. Progress Avenue was a considerable distance for us to travel to and from and UHaul's error put us behind schedule/cost considerably. U-HAUL app does NOT work to take a photo for return process. And there is no other way to return the truck, so they can charge customer more money. This is what happened to me. This location closed my rental two days after I returned the truck, and they charged me more money. SUCKS!Feng Y.

Exhaust needs to be maintained. I looked under to realized it had a clean cut right off. Very load and embarrassing to drive as it would draw a lot of attention. The truck was in horrible shape. The back door did not open very easily. It felt like there was a leaf spring broken as every bump felt like hitting a large pot hole. The transmission wouldn't shift until approx 4K RPM, the fuel efficiency gauge was in the red for basically the entire rental period, I spent over $100 on gas. I won't be using UHAUL again. All of that money and you can't even get a decent truckSHAYNE W.
The van was parked beside a tree with a car parked directly behind it. As someone who doesn't normally drive a van it was extremely difficult to maneuver the van out of the parking lot even with the gentleman being nice enough to move the car. I recommend a larger lot or less vehicles so you can back up easierKayla C.
We booked 20 ft truck for two days. Was told two days before pick up we would have to go to a different city to pick up the truck (was promised a price reduction of $50 to cover gas costs but that wasn't honoured) . Told when we went to pick up the truck that they didn't have a 20 ft truck and would have to take a cube van (not acceptable). We were given a fax number instead of a phone number to try and sort out. Sent to different location (still no truck) but finally got a phone number. The people on the phone located a 26 ft but we were told that we could only have it for 24 hrs. By this point picking up the truck was 4 hours later (2pm) than when we were supposed to pick up the truck (10am) and when we were supposed to have it for 2 days that was cut to 1 day. This is crazy bad customer service. We have no idea why this happened (over booking, crappy booking system or combination of both) but this absolutely means that we will NEVER use UHaul again.VERNON D.

Your web page does not work on firefox mobile browser (latest version) when you try to upload the photos (I lost some time because of this), the person on the counter was very slow I lost almost 1 hour of my rental time waiting to get the truck keys and the dolly/blankets; When I was going to refuel, was not clear if I have to use gasoline or diesel, it would be useful to have a clear label somewhere in the truck; The price estimation does not show taxes when reserving, it should.ALEJANDRO R.

Truck was piled up with snow and took another hour to clean it. No utility dolly was provided even when I requested for it. No response from the number provided for assistance when tried to contact and lose another hour on it. The phone app was non-functional for myself and the user before me. There are definitely some bugs that need to be ironed out and it needs to be more user friendly. (The first screen can lay out what is expected in terms of pictures, and that you must remain with the van, while checking in due to location tracking, etc.)KUMARASAMY S.

I booked counter service. However when I reached the location the person in the store simply told that she can't be of any help and I need to send email to the uhaul customer care to sort out my problem whatsoever. I had to wait more than 40 mins in order to get hold of uhaul customer service agent and then they told me that since the service is of type counter they can't help and provided me a local number who may help. I then waited for another 10-15 mins before I got connected. This time the agent was very helpful and converted my booking to mobile. I wouldn't recommend anyone to book or use this location.Amlan S.
