Needs better management, was there for 2 hours waiting for the guy to figure out how to use his phone even though I made a reservation the night before. Ended up have to redo it like 5 times, and was about to leave then finally got it after I had to help him. He Didn't even come out to check the trailer witch had damage and out lights but after 2 hours of being behind schedule I didn't care.Adam A.

Agent took over an hour to check me in even after I made an online reservation. He was not computer savvy by any means. He even went so far as to cancel my reservation so he could start over. I reserved a one way trailer and he created a local reservation. He gave me a discount due to his delay but then over charged for the blankets. He said he couldn't find a destination facility so he said to call U Haul upon arrival to return the unit. Upon arrival the agent noticed all the problems and rectified the situation in due course. However, it seems I was double charged by U Haul as my debit card shows two charges which total more than the agreed upon price. I will have to call U Haul to correct this situation.JOSEPH V.

The driveway is beyond deplorable. The hole beyond the gate must be at least a foot deep. The driveway has had no maintenance in the 270 plus days during which I rented a unit. Standing water when it rains. Huge holes all of the time. I marked all questions with NO because there needs to be another option such as Don't Know. The truck's fuel level was listed as full on the contract, however the actual level in the truck was just over a quarter of a tank. Also the manager did not inform me that the return location of the truck was changed to Wyoming, MI which was 110 miles away from my destination.William S.

The employee was horrible!!! He had us hook up our own trailer! After hooking it up we were told it was the wrong one and had to unhook that one and hook up another one! During all of this the employee stood there making comments about "us knowing what we were doing," and "what a great job we did." Upon pickup the customer service representative in owosso was extremely rude, tried to over charge me even though I showed my receipt from uhaul on the rental reservation. I do not recommend calling UHaul to get your appointment. Call the actual place that you're picking up from. The lady at the 1-800-Uhaul dropped the ball and let the poor guy at the actual pick up location do all of the paperwork. NOT IMPRESSED! Took us about 45 minutes to get the truckGary L.

The location was closed or the agent was just not there. We had to call and wait on hold to get instructions on how to return the vehicle. Even though I received the truck with 3/4 tank of gas I returned it with a full tank. very bad experience.ROXANNE L.

It was a mobile pick up... Lot of hoops to jump through to get truck and drop off. Understand you have to security, but took me 50+ minutes to login and get truck and another 20 to turn it in...
