I had my storage unit for almost 5 years and had absolutely no issues. A week before I moved out I notified the answering service (which was annoyingly the only way to talk to someone at the office) that I was moving out. 2 days later I was notified that someone cut my lock off, 2 security camera's were broken so nothing recorded. Seems fishy to be coincidence. Luckily most of my things were more sentimental than valuable, so nothing was stolen. So 4 plus years was a 4 star and the last 2 weeks were a 1 star (the 1 is only because I was informed).

Lynese L | Overall ExperienceWe kept our camper there because of the location being close to our home. Our camper was broken into and had people living in it within 3 days. It was completely trashed and some items taken. I found a large hole in the fence where they ran through when I was dropping off some stuff for our next trip. I later found this place has cameras but several are not working. I strongly advise against this place.

It was even easy for me to add and remove another temporary unit to my account when I needed to. The facilities manager is great to work with.

Frank D | Overall ExperienceThis storage unit is horrible. It is one of the most unsecured properties that I have ever rented at. The grounds are not kept very well and the units themselves are awful. There are no security cameras and they have had robberies in the past. The doors to the units are horrible as well. Our door would not even lower after we moved out. There was also another unit across from us where the door is off the track and it doesn’t look they have bothered to fix it. The price is good for the units but that is the only thing good about the storage unit. I would rather pay a little more for a better secured unit. We rented another one in another city that has security cameras all around and they require even insurance on your unit. They are very well kept and in fact don’t have a lot of units left to rent. The price is higher but I am paying for a much more secure unit. They even look all of their unoccupied units so that people don’t try to get in them or store stuff in them that they are not supposed to.
