Employee did not attach the hitch properly when hooking everything up, which caused the hitch to come up and damage my truck when loading a car on to the trailer. Other than that, my experience was fine.

This was the third time we have used this location. I don't know what would make me think anything would have changed since the last time. The first two times we used this location the attendant had us pay for gas that we had already refilled. This time we called the night before we needed the truck for a hour or two only. We asked what was available because we needed a small truck. The fellow said he had a 10ft truck which would be available at 9 am, my husband said that was exactly what we were looking for. My husband than asked if he could reserve it and the guy said he was having issues with the computer and he took my husbands name and phone number and said he would call him back. He never did. So, my husband tried calling just before 9am the next morning for about 5 minutes than hopped in the car and drove to the u haul office, which is not even 2 minutes away from us. The guy told him he had rented the 10ft truck to someone else and gave us a 26ft truck and told my husband there wasn't any difference in price. Yes, he lied. It was 40.00 for the bigger truck and 20.00 for the 10ft. Seriously? We were only picking up a couple things from Home Depot. Needless to say we will NEVER use this location again. Lesson learned! Strike Three! My husband wanted to go with Budget. Next time we will. I would suggest if you have to use u haul, you will be better off with the one in Corunna!

The grandma's attic should not be considered into the length of the box. Advertise it as floor length plus the Added grandma's attic. And the wheel wells are a major inconvenience. They should make a note that in the discrimination.

I called in to order an enclosed trailer and when we got there to the pick up location they DID NOT have what I called in and requested. We ended up paying TWICE the amount for the same trailer we were going to get in Lapeer, MI. It was NOT a good experience.

Cleaner location and attendant. The tiny office was rank, and the attendant acted bored and smelled of dirty laundry and body odor. Of the equipment, I have no complaints.
