Crll service and thus the internet was extremely unreliable at the location. It made it difficult to self check in and return . Perhaps offer a guest wifi at the location unconnected to the Auto service centers data. Other than that the location and vehicle were 5 stars! Excellent in every way. I would strongly recommend this location and vehicles to others.
William CI picked up a U-Haul van and the gas tank was approximately 3/4 full. I drove 36.9 miles and prior to returning I put in $15 of gas ($4.49 per gal) to bring the tank back to the level it was when I picked up the van. My receipt charged me an additional $29.32 for 5 more gallons of gas. This is why I wish the tank started at the full level as it’s hard to know exactly how much gas is needed to add. I thought $15 gas was enough for driving 36.9 miles. Therefore I spent a total of $44.32 to drive the van 36.9 miles..seems like an overcharge but otherwise happy with the rental process.
