I picked up after hours and paid $14 for a dolly that was not available nor already placed in my uhaul. It would be nice to have that money returned since I did not get to use the equipment. Other than that everything was good except for the cab not smelling very good.

It was closed so I have no idea. I hope I went through all the return screens correctly. No one confirmed anything. I was hoping to get credit for all the extra gas we accidentally put in it, not knowing the type of gas mileage it would get.

Please let them know how to move the rear view mirrors. I wasn’t able to figure out how to move them so I wasn’t actually able to use the uhaul at all. I needed to reverse it into the driveway up to the house in order to move out the stuff I needed to get out. So it was an expensive bummer, but everything else was great. The online ordering, the pick up and drop off was great. I did almost have a minor panic attack trying to get the lock to open to retrieve my key- but I think some of that was just my own impatience.

Unprofessional, both at pick up and drop off, office lady had child with her who was causing a lot of interruptions at pickup. Trailer was not swept out. Only 11/12 blankets given.

When 1800 UHAUL calls and says everything is OK and how it will work then when you get there and the kid knows nothing of how to use the system. Nothing goes as planned. ILL MAKE SURE MY WHOLE FAMILY WHO HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS WE WILL LEAVE A REVIEW FOR YOU. THIS ALL SHOULD HAVE BEEN HIGHLY REDUCED FOR THE LIES AND INCONVENIENCE.

Super nice people to deal with. The UHaul app wasn't working for us, but they took care of us inside, no problem. The van was in great shape and didn't have many miles on it. It ran great. We will definitely use this location again. Thanks!
