Some stuff was found under the seat like a gas station coffee cup and other trash. The truck itself was good but the steering seems a little loose but it might be the way they were built.

The staff was very friendly and well prepared. This is a college town and it was graduation weekend. They were very busy but they were so well prepared, the wait was minimal.



The trailer was rented for a college move out from Miami University. It worked great with the ability to return to a location to our home.



Don't upgrade what I ordered without contacting the customer first. I ordered a 15 ft truck and was given a 20 foot truck, I didn't need the extra size and it cost me more gas to run. Disappointed

I have no idea why you have an online check in, it saved no time whatsoever. Had to give the same exact information anyway and had to wait 30 minutes in line for something that I did an online check in for in advance. Same questions asked, etc.

In the busiest day of the year, there were only two people staffed. I used the mobile check in and still had to wait 45 minutes to which they gave me the wrong keys to the wrong truck. When I finally got to the right truck, it was blocked in by more trucks so they had to move all those. Other people who’s check in time was 12 were still waiting until 130 when I finally left. Poorly managed with very poor computer systems.

We rented a small trailer for a large backpacking trip over the weekend. While the online reservation process leaves some to be desired, the actual UHaul location was great. The front desk was helpful, quick, and courteous. One of their staff helped attach the trailer to our van in the cold. I was out of there in no time. We returned it outside of business hours and things went smoothly.

I had also requested an appliance dolly that was apparently locked inside another vehicle and nobody could find the keys to it. I had to drive to another haul location considerably out of my way to rent the dolly and complete my task.

For fu** sake, fix your self return, I shouldn't be required to have/find internet connection at a closed shop to upload photos on order to return a truck. I literally spent nearly an hour just moving between the guest wifi range and where the truck was parked just to return the truck. This should not have been the case and to top it all off, I still am wondering why I was charged an additional 20 dollars for gas when I returned it with the same amount of gas as when I picked it up. Overall the truck was fine, but this additional charge and self return photo shit completely ruined Uhauls reputation to me and I'll make sure to let everyone know how horrible this company is to its customers.
