No person on site. office was closed due to remodeling. The lock box did not open. Luckily the nearby mechanics were able to get it open with lubricant and a hammer. If the office was closed, I should not have been able to rent a truck. I did not Locke having to take a bunch of pictures of the truck in order to rent it and return it.
Chad BThe morning we were doing pick up the website wasn’t working for the employees working there. It was a move out day from any seniors at a local university. They handled it well, and even though the line ended up being much longer than expected. The employees did a great job.
