I called U Haul and the person I spoke with walked me though using the online app. I did so, and the experience was seamless and very straightforward. Returning the vehicle was just as easy. I am very impressed with your system and will definitely be utilizing it again. Well done!

MATHEUS SI don’t like the process of having to check in your self on the app. I don’t like the time it takes to go through the check in service on the app. I miss the old days when you had a service rep taking care of the process. The check engine light was on. The truck needs an alignment other than that everything else was fine.

JAMES GThe key box is poorly mounted by being too high up and the lock was difficult to open. All locks should be regularly lubricated. You need a rep from U-Haul to go out and audit this location and make the necessary changes.
gerald mDirected to Oxford after bad experiences in Hamilton and Camden, Ohio. Oxford had many 6x12 trailers but most had bad tires. We selected one that worked well.

ROBERT PYour app is terrible and I will not recommend it to anyone. It is not easy to use. I also asked for packing blankets, was charged for them but they were not in the truck at pick up so I had to buy them at from another location later. Overall the online pick up and return is terrible though the truck was ok. Also the rental agency was not up front about the mileage fees

Couldn’t have figured it all out without him. Three references that had to be contacted for a mobile pickup by an out of state driver to rent?? That’s absurd

TYNA RWe dropped the UHaul off on a weekend when the facility was closed. However, we called in advance to make sure we met the protocols. They were very helpful and things went very well!
MARK GCalled to confirm I dropped truck at wrong location and to call me when check in completed to discuss hidden fees. Employee charged my card without calling me back first.

ANGELA AI had to show up three times before someone could put the trailer on and then I finally ended up doing it myself. I told him I needed the truck all day, but they gave it to me for just a few hours. I didn’t put the dolly in like we needed.
James VEverything went like clockwork, very efficient and well executed. The individual I worked with at Oxford Auto Care was very professional. I was impressed and will definitely use their services again, as I have multiple times in the past.
Kevin CThe people at Oxford Car Care are very friendly and willing to help, however the actual hooking up the trailer and the condition of it could use some more time and care. The trailer itself was full of mud from the last use, and the safety chains were hooked a bit too low, so that after a load was added they dragged on the road. As a newbie to towing this was something we were able to resolve but I feel like if someone knowledgeable and with a moment to spare had seen it, they would have said it was too low and saved us some parking lot chain fiddling. Still they were friendly and prompt, and did the job. I would recommend them still from previous interactions.

KELLY TThere is a problem with the U-Haul app obtaining a customer's location. Read the the reviews on the Google Play Store - numerous people are all having the same problem - the app cannot obtain a customer's location when trying to pickup/return a rental but has no problem determining the location to show the closest place to rent a U-Haul. And yes, all "location" permissions have been granted to the app. Very frustrating but then you have to wait 30 minutes on hold to talk w/ a CSR... Very poor experience.
Joseph LSeems like trailer pickup should go faster. Took me 15 minutes of waiting, answering questions that could have been done online, etc.

Tom BU-Haul miscommunication. They sais no one would be at location and had to use app. Person from location called and asked me when I was checking in. When I tried to check in thru app, it wouldn’t let me. Person at location was working and said she could not give me key. Concorde’s but we figured it all out. Be better U-Haul

Greg TWe simply guessed where to drop the truck off. The app simply said "Oxford, OH", and the pick up location had no idea where I should go. We GOOGLED "UHaul returns Oxford Ohio" and picked a spot. VERY non-user friendly. Key return looked like it was for auto repair clients only, but we took a shot and dropped your key in there.
BRYAN CThe first truck was very dirty and out of gas. I was however given a second truck that was clean and full of gas, so they fixed the problem. I think all trucks should be returned with a full tank, otherwise its impossible to determine how much gas to put in on return. No brainer! Not sure why this policy changed.

Krista HI picked up after hours and paid $14 for a dolly that was not available nor already placed in my uhaul. It would be nice to have that money returned since I did not get to use the equipment. Other than that everything was good except for the cab not smelling very good.
