Ken KFolks were friendly and available for any questions. Check in was quick and easy. However, the inside of truck was a bit dirty (floors and cup holders in particular). Truck ran a bit rough but got me to my destination.

Deborah FPrior to going to this location I went to the larger location in Lady lake on 27/441. That was the second time I went there after 9:00 waited until 10:00 and gave up and drove away with other customers also giving up. Something must be done about that location
LEONARD GThis wasn't my preferred location, nearer to home, but we can't help when people don't return equipment on time 🤷♂️ I needed a 5' x 8' covered trailer and the guys at Oxford Mower were friendly, and especially helpful as I needed the ball reversed on my hitch. I would highly recommend this location for your UHAUL needs!

John KDidn't have utility dollies on hand, so substituted with an appliance dollie, which worked okay as I wasn't moving much stuff, but I would have preferred the longer lip on a utility dollie.

Jennifer SThis location just started renting U-Haul equipment the first week in June 2026. The employees were very professional and friendly. The trailer I rented was, on the other hand, well below what was expected. The paint was oxidized, witch was discovered when I touched the door attempting to unlatch it and had to wash my hand to remove the residue. The roll-up door was bowed out at the bottom making it very difficult to latch and unlatch. The wheels were rusty although the tires appeared to have been recently changed. The coupler seemed to be looser than usual even though it appeared to be recently installed. The interior was clean but missing a few screws in the floor.
Stanley CUHaul was excellent. The truck operated great for us making are move 👌 go smooth.little difficult returning the truck due to rain at the time. Hopefully return was done correctly.
michael aThis place was a lawn mower sales and service and more interested in that business than getting my trailer ready yo go. They only have one person that deals with U-Haul and he was pulled off me getting my trailer for other jobs.
