KEISHA MThe rental pick-up location was good, but the 15-ft truck I rented had several issues. The steering was unstable and felt shaky while driving, making it seem like the truck wouldn't stay steady on the road. Additionally, after unloading, when I was preparing to return the truck, it wouldn’t start. After trying more than 50 times, I had to call roadside assistance, which took over two hours to arrive—on a cold night. It was quite a frustrating and unusual experience.

JOHNNIE OActually have the truck that you have on the app on the lot. My truck wasn't there, had to call support, one person acted like she could care less about trying to enhance our guest experience on the phone, she said she couldn't help us with a credit, free mileage or something since it was an inconvenience to not have the vehicle provided on the app on the lot. But either way, I got what I needed to done.
Kimberly LEvery person I've spoken to, either on the phone (UHAUL) or in person (Oxon HIll Rentals), couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful! The Van had only 91 miles on it, and worked perfectly (except for a warning that a brake light had gone out that came on minutes before I dropped the van off). I also had the same stellar experience with UHAUL personnel and Oxon Hill Rentals personnel last week when I rented. I couldn't recommend this rental process or Oxon HIll Rentals highly enough.
CARTER FEvery person I came into contact with, from booking to picking up the van was extremely helpful, patient and clearly well-trained.The van was extremely useful, but did have some trash in it (including a bag, a sleeve for French Fries and a few other wrappers, all with Burger King logos, which I picked up and threw away. There was also a little dust and dirt, but nothing awful. The vehicle worked well except for one significant issue: It was extremely difficult to secure because the locks repeatedly would not lock. I finally slammed all the doors repeatedly and set the alarm from within the car to make sure that all doors were making proper contact. I did also have some issues with the app when I was picking up the car, and had to delete the app from my phone and make several attempts from the web site before I was able to complete the transaction (and this largely had to do with my inability to upload pics of my passport directly to the app until, after many tries, and over 45 minutes, it was finally successful

Tracy CMake sure the vehicles maintenance is maintained and that trucks reserved for mobile pick up are actually accessible. The check engine light was on, one of the tires was low and not of windshield washer fluid was in the vehicle to clean the filthy windows. On a rainy week like this it was very hazardous. I woukd recommend this place because of convenience and I like the oxon hill employees. They are very pleasant. However the vehicles need better maintaining prior to rental.

PASO GOur catering service rents the U-Haul vans at least 2-3 times a week from Oxon Hill Rentals. We sometimes keep the vans for the weekly rate, which is a great deal for us when we have multiple events during the week.
