By the time im almost at the Customers location the Customer text me that they have help already and made me spend money on rentals for no reason im disappointed plus I don’t feel Confortable with the service provided today I won’t rent anymore U-Hauls never in my entire life or in my life time

Andrew LWhile I am asked to bring the trailer I rent back clean and ready for the next customer, the one I was provided was filled with sand and dirty. I hosed it down prior to returning it, but was completely dissatisfied when the guy giving it to me noted it was filled with dirty and sand, but still hook it to me truck. I was in a rush so I accepted it, knowing I could simple clean it prior to returning to prevent any additional fees.
JAMES HDont charge so much for refills, especially when its only 1/4 tank. :)
April JI have rented a vehicle from this location twice. The first time I didn’t check the gas tank before I left, trusting it was filled like they said, when I got to work it was almost empty. The second time I filled the gas tank before returning it and I was hold for more than 20 min because they said the vehicle’s gas was half empty. I would only recommend this location as last resort.

CLIFTON LI was told to bring back the gas tank full. When I picked up the truck Saturday evening there was only 1/4 of a tank of gas which cost me $75 to fill up. The 1/4 tank would not get me to Waldorf which was my destination. Had the tank been full when I started, I probably would have only used1/2 tank at half the cost to fill up. I have pictures of the beginning mileage and the gas level.

CHRISTOPHER EMy recent experience with Oxon Hill Rentals at 9120 Livingston Rd in Fort Washington, MD was excellent. The pickup process was smooth, the staff was professional and helpful, and the equipment was clean and appeared well maintained. Everything was ready when expected, which made the experience much easier and less stressful. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend.

CRAIG GGiven we had to change to this location after going to the uhaul in Brandywine and finding out that they did not clean off their equipment and refused to do so. They accepted us and were very helpful in making sure everything was in working order before we left. I will use this location again.

ISAM ADamage to Left side of Uhaul. It was notated, but it should probably be fixed. Also 6x12 trailers should have a jack on them. I went to go pick it up and had to wait 45 min, and they couldn’t process my reservation. Which was frustrating bc I came in from out of town, and was only there for 2 days. Had to come back later that day.

CANDICE NI love u haul but the condition of your trucks are unexceptable they are outdated and should not be running the way they do when you can't see out of your windshield and have no windshield washer fluid that's kind of dangerous but overall I love your customer service and availability
