Alice WI would suggest inspecting the inside of the vehicle between each renter. Overall the vehicle was clean, however, there was some spilled substance on the passenger side door and inner handle that was pretty nasty.

JOHN G5 Star service. After driving 6 hours from the previous Uhaul location where I picked up the equipment, I briefly told the clerk about my experience. She apologized and ensured me that my experience during the drop off would be much better. She was correct. The team outside unhooked the trailer and put it away, and escorted me inside to get my receipt. Thank you Oxon Hill Rentals for putting your customers first. I highly recommend this location.

JAMES TThe computer was very slow, so even though I pre ordered I was in the location too long. The car hauler I rented had expired license tags, but everything doesn’t go great every day so I’ll just give an average grade.
RICHARD WDuring a 90 degree day the A/C did not work. I was charged for an appliance dolly and there was no dolly present. I annotated this in the app during pickup but was still charged.

MARVIN MVery quick, friendly, and everyone felt experienced that their jobs and actually enjoyed being there. From the outside looking in; I was surprised at the level of organization and quick turnaround from front desk to hitch attached. I was expecting some level of pushback as I am not the most organized person. The front desk made sure everything was taken care of without any issues. I was able to leave on time and make it to site and complete the equipment move. The return was fast and smooth and I was able to walk in, no wait for the front desk, no wait for a dock worker. The entire experience was friendly, quick, and very professionally run.

KEISHA MThe rental pick-up location was good, but the 15-ft truck I rented had several issues. The steering was unstable and felt shaky while driving, making it seem like the truck wouldn't stay steady on the road. Additionally, after unloading, when I was preparing to return the truck, it wouldn’t start. After trying more than 50 times, I had to call roadside assistance, which took over two hours to arrive—on a cold night. It was quite a frustrating and unusual experience.
