He asked for the address where I was going, and I told him plus have him the address. Then he asked where I was dropping the truck off and he suggested East End Storage in Fayetteville, TN. When I drive exactly to where he knew I was going and dropping off, I learned that he only allotted 51 miles!!!!!!!!! When I went to drop the truck off at 8:45am on Saturday, no one was present but the sign said to call the man who managed that place. I asked that man why I was being charged so much and he said I went over my mileage. If the first guy had ALL information on where I was going and where he suggested I drop it off, WHY did I get over charged?????? To top it off, after waiting on the 2nd guy to get there and try to figure it out the problem, I GOT CHARGED ANOTHER DAY !!!!!!!! I will. NEVER USE UHaul again nor will I recommend them !!!!!!!! There's a spot in hell for thieves and I had to deal with thieves that run UHaul. I didn't have a spare $111 to overpay but that's what they took out of my account!!!!!!!

My experience with U-Haul time time around was horrible I was expecting somebody to at least acknowledge the bull scrap I went through nobody has called me yet to compensate for the pour experience the mutual location my truck was switch to the lack of accountability due to the app malfunctioning it was horrible for the money I spent this experience was poor and somebody needs to be calling me to discount my total because the crap I dealt with was insane

The U-Haul app malfunctioned and made pickup take much longer but called U-Haul and last got us squared away.
