I had ordered an appliance dolly and some furniture pads. However, after getting to this location they told me that these items were not available and not included with the truck. They said that they were not going to charge me for them but that was not the point; I needed those items for my move and without them the move would have become almost impossible. I called the central number and they asked me to pick up from a location that was very close to my place; this was the location I wanted to get my truck in the first place but they called me and changed the location to this more distant one because the equipment was available there ( which was not). In band this cost me the extra mileage expenses I had to incur to drive to a distant location.

Have regular maintenance done to the trucks The one I was given had sterling front end issues, the motor was ticking like it had a misfire. The store clerks at drop off couldn’t speak or understand English so communication had a barrier. I don’t like how I had to do all the photo taking mileage documentation etc. I’m renting it the store clerk should be responsible for checking the truck with me going over it for issues. There store owner had bo supplies available to buy at anytime. I needed a dolly, blankets and a mattress pad. He said they don’t carry it.
