DWIGHT MIt took about two minutes to drive in and drop off the trailer. It couldn't get any easier than that!

MICHAEL FWhen i did my booking online it changed the trailer i had chosen to a trailer much smaller. This really upset me because the amount i has planned on playing basically doubled because i had to rent a much bigger truck. Not only should you have open trailers at all locations you should ensure the reservation isnt chamged when you click on a selection.

SYDNEY HWe have always been pleased with the availability of trailers, and the wonderful customer experience we have received at this U-Haul dealership. We sing their praises whenever renting a trailer comes into a conversation. We will continue to use their trailers because of the cleanliness of the trailers as well as their excellent condition. There has never been a time when we have wondered if we will have problems on the road because of faulty or poorly maintained equipment. We are always impressed at the thoroughness of the rental agents in insuring that the rear lighting is working properly. It is this attention to the safety of the driver, as well as the safety of other drivers that impresses us and keeps earning our continued patronage of this dealership. Keep up the great work.
MARK SGetting the truck in the location that was initially preferred would have been better. Then giving some miles as a courtesy for the inconvenience would have been a nice touch.

REBECCA WI asked for 2 days because of the pick up time and only used for one day.. dropped it off before location was open and they and no idea i dropped it off until 2 days later.. and when it came to how may miles they added 100 more miles to what i said.. think twice before going there again....

MACARTHUR SThe Team in Mason City, IA did a fantastic job at accommodating my rental needs, much more than the Corporate U-Haul reservations team that called me several times only to tell me my rental wasn't possible, even thought I was confirmed a rental more 10 days before my pick-up. Hats off to the people on the ground!
Rick RP&T Sales was a good location and good service. The reservation system and the location hours need to be synchronized. The reservation was made for another location but due to availability it was transferred to P&T Sales. The reservation time and the locations hours did not match and the reservation was not updated for a mobile pickup. This added about 45 minutes of delay in getting the vehicle.

SARAH BMy drop off experience was wonderful. Tom was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful to me. He apologized for the unorthodox way the trailer was attached, and the extremely poor way my car was secured to the trailer. Since the unhooking process was taking much longer than anticipated, I was able to utilize Tom's very clean and convenient restroom on site. Tom apologized for my having such a horrible towing experience, and he felt badly that he had to charge for unhooking that should have been able to be done by myself. I was running late to keep my 2 o'clock appointment, and Tom was very good about helping me remain calm as he successfully released my car. Tom's wonderful customer service is what saved this entire situation, else I would probably never use U-Haul again.

Christopher SComputer systems were not working, and the people had to involve another U-haul location to do my rental paperwork. The trailer I rented was not the correct unit number and had to be revised after I left the site. the equipment had a bent fender. Not at all what I am used to with U-haul.
RICHRD RAccused me of misplacing there van after following all steps per apps check in & out procedure. First time using Uhaul not impressed.

Todd SYou can start by sending me a paycheck for the almost two hours I spent before and after taking care of myself and doing the locations job. Also, if the truck pick up location is changed causing me to go an extra 24 miles shouldn’t that come off the bill?
Roy JI called Charles City, IA U haul, they told me that there probably wouldn’t be a 10’ truck to rent. I got a call from their 1-800 number and they told me that I could rent one from Mason City, IA. I called made the online reservation, I wanted to get the truck before they opened. There were no instructions to retrieve the key from the black lock box. I called the main office, they said they’d get the code so that I could get the key. They hung up on me twice. I had to wait till they opened at Mason City. The reservations were made at Charles City. So my starting the trip was delayed by about 1.5- 2 hrs.

Robert SYour trailer towed great and it made a 1400 mile trip with no problems. No problem turning it in. Made the same trip with one year ago. No problem then either except the rain was pretty heavy in Texas

Kendall OI apologize but I don't have an answer for that question. From my experience from the reserving a U-Haul. To my returning it. Everyone was very nice. Even ask if I had experienced any problems with the truck. Which I truly appreciated.
Robin AThe people I have worked with have all been amazing! U-Haul’s policies and the way they have chosen to “schedule” equipment now is through what I would call a corporate centralized scheduling where NO ONE can guarantee you what equipment you will actually have available at the location you book with. I had to drive hours out of my way the day before loading the truck. They gave me money off but would rather have paid what I booked for and picked up a truck 20 minutes away the morning of my move.

Ryan HLot was cluttered with rental units parked haphazardly on what appeared to be a very small lot that was overgrown with grass. We were picking up our U-Haul truck at 10:00 but the business didn't open until shortly after 10:00. Don't know how it would have been handled had we needed the truck at 8:00.
