Julian made the drop off easy and quick. He was pleasant and helped me relax, while he checked the truck and did the final paperwork. No hassles at all. Only a very small (and reasonable) fee, because I was several hours overdue in returning the truck. I appreciate how he handled everything so well. My thanks again to Julian and U-HAUL! :-)
Franklin M.My only concern was I had asked if I needed to do anything concerning registering my return with U-Haul, he indicated that no it would be taken care of, two days later I received a call from U-Haul asking if I had returned the trailer 🤦â€â™‚ï¸ U-Haul service center was very helpful

JORDAN A.The salesperson was very rude, he yelled at the person who rented the truck and accused her of lying about not returning a lock and key that they never received at the time of pick up. I can not recommend this location again after the disrespectful customer service that was shown.
