When you book a one‑way rental, U‑Haul automatically calculates two things based on the distance between the pickup and drop‑off locations: Included Mileage — This is the number of miles U‑Haul allows for your trip. It is based on the most direct route between the two locations. Included Days — U‑Haul also assigns a set number of days for the trip. This is meant to give customers enough time to travel at a normal pace without rushing. If a customer needs extra miles or extra days, U‑Haul allows it, but additional charges apply. These are not set by the local dealer; they are determined by U‑Haul’s system at the time of reservation. My goal in sharing this is to help future customers better understand what is included in a one‑way rental, so their trip goes smoothly and expectations are clear.

Mark SAndrea was great. When we had to go pick up at a different location with Darnell, it is horrible with no one on site. Very difficult, I see why they have 1 rating, that is why we did not pick that location. Thats why he had a truck probably.
