When I made the reservation for the truck, I also reserved an appliance dolly which I did NOT receive, I did call customer service & Michelle was awesome she apologized & instantly refunded my money for that mishap. Yesterday morning the A/C was NOT needed when we picked up the truck, however the A/C was needed come afternoon due to hot weather & discovered it did NOT work which made for a HOT short uncomfortable ride to return the truck. The truck was clean & greatly appreciated however with the above 2 negativities is why I gave the rating I did!

ARNOLD WMy husband just parked and dropped the keys and he never returned a vehicle before so he didn’t understand and I forgot to upload the pictures of the beginning mileage and gas and I will do that now. But I think his name was Tony at the Mason city location was very helpful and helped me get everything straightened out so I can upload everything into the app. He was wonderful.
