This rating would be a five-star except that originally my reservation was for a 10-foot truck at a different location. When I arrived at that location, they didnt have my truck. I then had waste even more time to drive to this location where they had a 15 foot truck and pay extra for something that wasnt my doing. To be clear this is a criticism against the company directly and not the customer service at either location. If the truck was running late, the company should not have rented it out. If a replacement was necessart, then the company should have honored the price of the 10-foot truck.

The van was dirty, there was garbage everywhere, and there was a very strong odor of cigarettes/cigars. They overcharged me which I now have to dispute.

Woman who "checked me out" of the truck worked to make sure I wasn't charged extra of the gas I didn't use due to the pick up location not being accurate with the level of gas on pick up. A+

I don’t have a bad comment for this location, but for the store located at 543 Cobb Pkwy SE, Marietta, GA 30060 They threat me like an outstanding issues customer with a thread alert and they tell the other store that don’t rent me just because I look fucking Hispanic, and I am, and they hold me for a hr in the store for nothing. They don’t deserve to be at this store and this happened 11//1/2024 at 4:26 pm I tried explaining that situation but don’t don’t care so 0 for customers service, the location isn’t bad cause I have rented here before.

Go to another location to someone who knows what they are doing. They don't check their trucks inside back of truck had cigarette butt's every where

The driver side door had to be slammed really had to have it close completely. Driver seat very worn.

Only complaint is that the furniture/ moving pads included were a bit greasy and wet. The attendants at the pick up location were very nice and helpful. All requested equipment was readily available, and the pick up and drop off process both were a breeze.

The lady who checked me in was very nice and had a beautiful smile. She was helpful and even when it showed no dolly available, she asked if I wanted her to take it off. I replied with what kind of dolly do you have because I really needed one for this move, she went to check and located what I requested. This was great for me. Because the day before I had reserved a truck at 2 different locations which said guaranteed reservation and neither place had keys in the box. My only complaint is when returning the truck, the older lady was not friendly at all and was a little rude.

Window of drive door open and water got in due to recent rain. Did have to clean that. We had requested blankets and dolly and not supplied but turn in location refunded us. Truck worked fine though and we got our move done fine.

We were sent to some other location originally. There was nobody there involved with Uhaul. They said that person was in jail. Uhaul Customer Service Sent us to this location about 1 hour after our original pick up time at the other location

Every time I rent from this location I encounter problems. I requested 34 hrs they put 6 hours in to try and rip me off with extra charges I don’t appreciate it

Rear overhead door was open & could not be closed. Problem was that the latch moved to the down or latched position after the rear overhead door was raised. This probably happened because a previous renter raised the door without having the latch locked in the open position. The hook/latch hit the overhead door frame preventing the door from being lowered. I reached my hand up into the space where the door raises in the trailer roof, released & opened the latch. Rear overhead door then worked with no problems. Told the people at the U-Haul rental location about the problem & how I corrected the problem.

The clerk gave incorrect information regarding rates. There weren't any moving blankets, or furniture dollies available, even though it was on the reservation. One way rentals should not be charged for 2 days. We used a truck for 5 hours yet paid for 2 days. I will not be renting through UHaul next time.

The trailer itself was fine. When I arrived to the location it was full of parked vehicles and a few food vendors that made it difficult to navigate. I entered the facility and waited in line for approximately 35 minutes while one employee (the only onsite employee) had difficulty understanding and speaking English. It was so difficult to communicate that he called another woman and I spoke with her via his cell to finalize my reservation. Once the reservation was finalized there was no one to help me lift the LARGE trailer onto my hitch. On top of this, the trailer was parked perpendicular to the gas pumps where people were pulling in to fill up with gas. Once the pumps were clear I had to navigate my suburaban between the pumps and the trailer. Once this was finished I again had to navigate a myriad of other vehicles parked in and around the filling station and finally, get past the food vendors without hitting anything. Ugggggg. What an unpleasant experience to say the least.

They didn’t give me the key to the pad lock for the back of the U-Haul. Had to delay moving until the next day because I could not get into the back of it. They tried to charge me extra for not getting it back in time

You can train the employees in your actual Uhaul stores to have the superb service as this Exxon location staff displayed. I have been a Uhaull customer for years and have dealt with different actual Uhaul stores and majority of them, I would never ever deal with again. The Uhaul at 900 Roswell Road in Marietta, GA is the best Uhaul store But, this will be the ONLY location that I will rent future Uhaul trucks!!! Hands down one of the best!!! 1. My reservation was ready. 2. The truck was very clean and full of gas. 3. The customer service was EXCELLENT NO LINE...NO WAIT!!! 4. I was not overcharged and/or treated rudely

The representative was not helpful at all. I was in a hurry and what should have taken 15 minutes ended up being 30+ minutes. The other customers in the store seemed to take priority over the U-Haul customers. It seems that whatever way/condition the previous customer leaves the equipment is how the next customer receives it. The straps on the tow dolly that I rented were stuck and not wrapped correctly which added more time to the loading process.
