The trunk/storage space floor was dirty filled with debris and needed to be cleaned out. The cabin was pretty clean. I was also charged a $14 safe move fee, when I selected the free no coverage. I emailed uhaul to please remove the charge but have not heard back yet. I also did not like seeing a hidden environmental fee of $1 and rental tax fee of $3. Would rather know all fees involved up front.

Equipment was filthy and smelled like urine. Had an old fingernail in the cup holder and smelled HORRID!

I would not recommend this location unless they bring assistance in lifting a 6 x 12 foot trailer and connecting it to a trailer hitch. My goal was to rent from PS Food Exxon 600 Powder Springs St Marietta, GA and deliver to Uhaul in Garner NC. Prior to the close of business I called Uhaul and attempted to change the drop off location to the same pick up location : PS Food Exxon 600 Powder Springs St Marietta, GA 30064 and be charged for a local vs an out of state rental. This was denied by Uhaul.
