the truck was ready for me when I got there, but there were some problems with the system that uhaul uses to process rentals. The lady behind the counter was very kind and I enjoyed our conversation, her husband as well. The system was just not working properly delaying the completion. I explained that I needed to get to another appointment and she was very accommodating and understanding. I am not clear on expectations relating to cleaning trucks prior to return but the truck I got was very dirty. I did sweep up a large pile of dirt and debris before I loaded my furniture and assured it was in decent shape before returning. Easy in and out location.
