Was very upset at this facility the respeptionest was very rude and no customer service skill at all I brought the unit back early and with a 1/4 of a tank the way I got it, the next day i get a picture of the gas gauge with a hair line off of a 1/4 of a tank and they charge me $47.13 to me that is Not Fair I Will never use Uhaul services or recommend them to family and friends!!!! And yes I'm going to talk with there Customer Service department and see how that goes. Very Disappointed!! I used uhaul for years.

I do not care for using an app to pick up vehicle. When entering into it left me in a loop saying info was being processed. I finally contacted uhaul and they straightened it out. Pretty simple once I get through it and the 24 hr availability is nice so it does have advantages.

I wasted an hour of my time due to U haul changing my reservation but without notification to me. Then this location had a different rate than I was confirmed for at my desired location. Lastly, the gas tank was only partially full and so I had even more time lost going to fill tank. Subpar location.

I was not told that there was a mandatory three day rental before I went to Portland to get a trailer. I only needed it for twelve hours and I think it would be good for customer relations to let customers know. Instead of $24. It cost me $154.That is not fair to charge six times the amount!! the only negative had nothing to do with our experience.... it was getting to the Uhaul internet address.... all other kinds of ads just kept popping up... took me about 15 minutes it finally get to you and totally understanding that it was Uhaul and not somebody else trying to "butt-in"....

The place was run down ,the truck was extremely dirty,poorly lit , no parking , not very knowledgeable employees ,she wasn't even sure if the size truck was therestablished, told me nothing would be charged to my card and that if we returned the truck after close which we did it was OK the next morning there was a pending charge and at 12:45pm they still hadn't checked it in , costed 120$ I just moved and haven't had time to complain

I did not get a call from uhaul confirming my pickup time. I called them @3:30 to tell them I would be there at 4:30 not realizing that they close at 4:00. If I had not called I would not have had the truck that I really needed that evening. The website states that I would receive a call prior to pickup ?????

Improve your computer system so that the clerk does not have to repeatedly enter the credit card number when the system dropped it out or failed to record it.

The experience started out fine. I found out that the truck I had on hold was not the one I needed, but I was able to trade with another family that was in there without any problem. I was informed not to leave my vehicle there in the parking lot, but leave it on the side of the street. I was very rushed and left it there when I got the truck. Came back later, and picked it up. Sunday night, when the place was closed, my wife and I went there. She parked our van in the lot and got in the rental. When we came back just 3 hours later, our van was gone at 9:30 at night! Called the tow company listed on a sign there, and they said they had it. We were stranded with no one to pick us up right then and take us to our van. Finally got out van by midnight, but what an ordeal! We should not have been left in that position! We will see an attorney next week and also use social and local media to make our case. This location is well away from the airport which was my destination. However, staff was pleasant and helpful.

This location was very friendly and helpful, in fact I have zero issues with them at all! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a Uhaul. I do feel that Uhaul corporate was overcharging for a tow dolly...especially one as old and beat up as this one (as hey all are). The location maintained it well so that it worked just fine, it was just clear that it had many many miles!

The gal who wrote up our rental contract was amazing! A few minor problems arose on our end and she went out of her way to help accommodate us and put our minds at ease. She was friendly and made us feel like very valued customers. I will recommend this specific location to everyone I know, just because of her excellent customer service.

This was by far the worst experience I've had renting a truck. The office was closed during business hours. I brought the truck back a day EARLY and was charged for an extra days rental. I was also charged a "cleaning fee" which is a joke considering the condition the truck was in when I got it. Shelly was the most unprofessional "employee" to deal with on the phone, she couldn't get me off the phone soon enough, and would only refer me to corporate. She would not resolve anything nor even try. Go with budget rental when renting again, I rented with them for a cross country move before and they were fantastic to deal with. U-haul is pathetic.

I like this location because it is close and convenient. It isn't as big as some of the other places, but they are very helpful and courteous.

We discovered after getting trailer loaded there was a bad tire (leaking air). We went to a center closer to home. Had to wait for the service guy to come and give us a new tire. He was very efficient and quick once he got there. Whole process took a couple of hours.

Notice on premise door to lock roll up door on back of truck with padalock. No padalock was provided when we picked up the truck. So we backed the truck up near the fence, so no one could steal the dozen blankets we had rented.

I have been trying to collect my 100.00 dollar cash deposit for five days now, with no luck on locating anyone in the office. It has been empty for the last four buisness days.

My complaint is a generic one, not specific to the pickup or drop off site: The "17' truck" I rented had a bed that was only 14' long! It is false advertising to say that a truck is "17 feet" when an object longer than 14' cannot be put flat on the bed. I see that the "fine print" on such a truck gives the main bed dimensions as 14'3", plus 2'6" for "Mom's Attic." Such a truck should only be advertised as a 14' truck, plus some room for light objects over the cab. I had 16'-long lumber I needed to move, and had to cut two feet off for it to fit in a truck I thought was going to have a bed 17" long!

No contact with a person. Web site says open on Sunday but was closed. We would have returned it to another location but did not have a map. We called the location where we rented and they told us to put the rental refer dolly in the cab, which we did. (we had our own lock so we could not secure it in the back.)Need to make some changes.
