charged for a cleaning fee. It was dusty when we picked it up and I swept it when we left it.

marvin wThere wasn’t even anybody there when the door clearly said they should’ve been. Tried calling the number that they left and it was not their number. It was the one 800 number for U-Haul so I still didn’t get a hold of a person and I am four days past returning it still waiting for my refund because I did not use all the miles that I paid for in advance.
